TREE REMOVAL OR ADDITION POLICY AND GUIDELINES
RESOLUTION NO. 94-17
ADOPTED NOVEMBER 17, 1994
An owner desiring to have a tree removed or added in the Common Areas located at Silver Creek Valley Country Club must follow these procedures:
1. Request in writing to the Board of Directors of the Silver Creek Valley Country Club Homeowners Association permission to remove or add a tree less than eighteen (]8) inches in diameter, measured two (2)feet up from the ground. Please include the items listed below in your letter.
2. After the Board of Directors has approved the request, an owner then applies for a Permit Adjustment from the City of San dose. The fee for this is $215.00 to be paid by owner at the counter of the City of San dose offices located at 801 North First Street, San Jose.
3. When you have completed all necessary items for your Permit Adjustment and have been notified of your approval from the City of San dose, the Association's Landscape Maintenance Company must be the remover or installer. All costs will be assumed by the homeowner requesting the removal or addition, including materials, irrigation, labor, etc. and paid in advance to the Association.
